Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrel) is San Diego’s number one newsman. He relies on the sexism of the 1970’s to protect his place at the top, but it’s all threatened when a Veronica Corningstone (Christina Applegate) a talented and ambitious reporter is hired to be his co-anchor.
